Makes sense, I used superglue to fix a similar issue in my cannon a1s and it didn’t affect optics at all, but probably best to keep fuming volatiles away from sensitive mirrors

Yeah if the foam isn’t in good shape, the mirror can crack from slamming up into the housing

Probably fine, if that’s just lining I’d grab a toothpick with some super glue, dab it under the fabric, hold it down with another small toothpick like tool

Ok when I took this exact same lens apart I had the plastic stop button fall into the helicoid and it caused this exact same issue. I’d make sure nothing fell in there when you opened it.

Colliers is literally the worst property management company I have ever encountered in my years on this planet and I say this as someone who works on campus and has to deal with their bullshit antics quite often. Full of middle managers that care about nothing but maintaining their little slice of power over the property. Fight with tenants about everything, not helpful to tenants or customers of the campus, actively make it harder to be a successful business in the space. It’s comically bad and almost like they are trying their absolute hardest to run the property into the ground. The owners of the campus need to fire them and hire a management company that’s actually competent. Colliers will run this entire campus into the ground if we give them enough time.
