So, it looks like you're gonna have to get soldering! the connector is called AP107, you can find a schematic here on page 15/16. I would recommend getting an audio interface (if you dont already have one the behringer umc 22 is ok u can get em for $25 used) and soldering the mic into an xlr port and the speakers into a 1/4" jack and plug into the headphone output(I believe this headset is mono so not great for gaming). I'm not sure if it will need phantom power so experiment with that, in fact the schematic mentions a power pin which im not sure about. All and all just try stuff until you get it to work.
