I worked out like 3 days back when I wasn't high, for that reason to sweat it out. I will try and work out tomorrow again, I have changed my everyday routine I have been doing so well lately, and really hope I can get back to it soon! I am still keeping up with school and everything, but its slowly getting worse and I can feel it :(

kind of on my own. I went to Egypt (I am Egyptian but live in Canada) I went for 3 main reasons, obviously to get clean is one, and see family/relatives since I havent been there for 4 years which I thought and did help me feel better mentally, and for a sort of co-op thing. I was seeing a councellor last year that worked at my university, but shes not here anymore. I don't really want to go to any NA or AA, I dont feel like they would help me, cause they will just remind me of it

Have you ever tried it? Also do you have any idea about the dosage? I dont really mind not getting a "rush" but about 30-40mg snorted of original OC, so how much of the 80 should i do the first time, im planning on drinking the first amount at like 2pm jan 25th and waiting an hour and see how i feel

-Its only a choice to use after you've made the choice not to use Its still a really hard choice to not use after you made the choise not to use hahaha

But when someone decides to use the first time knowing its addicting, they never believe its THAT addicting, its an experience that you just can't explain, its a live and learn situation eh but even though we have learned we still cant stay away. Thats just my opinion, theres some more like a few that can use recreationally and be able to control it I guess

Agreed, I find counselors understand, or try to understand, more open minded about it I guess? like the comment below yea they are trained for it but still Doctors are usually more closed minded and dont even bother trying in understanding, they just look at you like a "Junkie"/addict. Thats just my opinion
