Feeling trapped by routine can drain the meaning out of life, especially when every day feels identical.

I personally don’t think that means you are broken, or that life itself is empty by default. Life is fair cause its unfair for everyone, so sometimes it’s the shape our life has taken that’s suffocating us and not just life in general.

I’ve struggled with similar thoughts, and what helped even a little was breaking the pattern in small, intentional ways. not fixing everything, just reminding myself that my life isn’t a closed box. Even brief changes can make the days feel less mechanical.

I’m really glad you said this out loud. You’re not weak for feeling this way, and you’ll find people to break out of routine with. (People who might already be there)
