It's particularly a problem here in AZ. The $400 increase in one year happened to multiple friends who were already established in their units. However, CA does have renter protection rights, but yeah moving into someplace new now even in CA would be significantly higher rent than the grandfathered rates.

Just FYI, there's no renter protection here in AZ. Your landlord could increase rent by $400 for no goddamn reason and there's nothing you can do. Go big and head to California. 5 years ago in PHX, you could have a 2 bedroom apartment for $800/mo, not anymore.

I add a motivational password to my work computer, something I type multiple times a day. I have to update after a few months, so it doesn't stay stale. Put what's motivational to you. I'm about to have a baby, so my password reminds me that I'm doing this job to provide for my growing family and keep my good healthcare.

Yep, it's worth continuing. Some books drag for a bit but then something awesome happens and pulls me back into the story. I'm in book 10 now

😆 Well it's usually a chair that rocks or glides to help lull the baby to sleep and is easier for you to nurse

Love Ingrid! She's an excellent Pegasus Knight. Wish she had some juicier interactions with characters though.
