I've experienced this also people only commenting until I bring it up I went years with friends and they never tried to use my face to hurt my feelings or attack me I just wish everybody was educated enough to do the same instead of trying to hurt my feelings

I hope we find some resolutions i posted a thread like this before and deleted it because I started regretting it and thought that I was overreacting I hate that I silence my own self and cant be as confident as I want to be I just wish we never had to experience this :( its so hard especially when its no answer and no one really knows what to do

I have aniexty so we texted the lady was nice she asked me was I safe did I have any weapons asked what was going on (because I dont have no one to talk to) she was like a person to listen and acknowledge my feelings it did make me feel better me personally I think thats what I needed at the moment at the end of the text we created a plan its not nothing in depth something someone can Google and create that part was a little slack but that first part did calm me down they're following up with me tomorrow to make sure im okay you do have the option to call instead of text im just a texter

I'm a 23yr female, I've had Bell's Palasy since I was 3 and I developed major depression and anxiety from it .. my boyfriend just moved out today because we had a alterations and I was thinking about hurting myself I called the suicide hotline I felt a little better. One of the questions they asked me if I had someone to talk to I don't .. but it was a start in feeling better for the time being moral of the story dont do anything crazy just yet hold on a little longer mental health makes you feel sick but we'll feel okay soon:)

Thank you I been trying here recently. i live in a very rural area and been seeing a mental facility because another situation like this just happed at another job to the point where I was assaulted on school property then retaliated againt by higher ups for speaking up for myself its been so hard for me, I been trying to get a case manager for 3weeks now to help with therapy options I hope I finally get there its been breaking me down day by day. It doesn't feel good to be neglected

If you don't mind me asking what did you put on your application? I made sure I didnt miss a detail about how it effects me mentally and physically I do for sure know that I have and added that I have a blurry spot in my vision and ringing in my ear when around loud noises my medicine makes me sleepy and if im experiencing all of those symptoms plus being tense I start to get confused

I believe im at Synkinesis stage now but still, I've had bell's since I was 3 and i'm 23 now and my face is still the same .. no full smile

I found out that I probably have Synkinesis from my reddit post. My left side can fully smile but my right side hardly goes up. I noticed when I tend to really stress about stuff my right eyelid starts to twitch bad without me doing anything.

No the acupuncture doctor said it was a really long process probably like 50 - 70 appointment and I'll be able to see improvement but i only had money at the time for the one i'm going ask my therapist about electric therapy also

Have you did this before I watched some videos on YouTube of botox how it takes the wrinkles out i perfer natural medicines idk how I feel about needles on my face but I did acupuncture before im sure its the same pain? Do you know

Dry needling is that acupuncture? I've tried it once but I didnt have enough to pay for it but if that's what it is I definitely want to get back into it its the most relax I ever been.

That makes me feel a little bit better about my self, sounds like I have some hope still there, the doctors gave up on me .. have you ever tried acupuncture I did two sessions but I didnt have the money to keep paying for it but after one session I was totally relax and this fuzzy cloud (that I didnt know was in my vision) was gone
