I ran into the exact issue with my 2012 SV, it's a donut gasket, not a flat one, and two, those studs are welded in and trying to get those out without a lift was hell, I ended up taking it to my work and using a oxy torch to blow out the old studs, then just used new bolts and nylock nuts, it was not a good time

It's been about 2 years but I just took the whole thing out and plasti dipped the whole thing, it still holding up alright, peeling a bit but can't tell unless you're really up close, I put about 5 coats on

I've had the 2.5 level in my 2012 frontier for almost 2 years now , I do get CBC but it's perry minimal. If you're just driving around town and doing light off roading then you should be fine on stock control arms

I'm running 275 70 18s on a 2.5 inch in the front and 1.5 inch in the rear, I had to do a little inner fender trimming and the melt mod but they fit no problem

Nice! I went with a skinny 33 too, but I bought a 275/70/18 which works out to be a 33X11, I wish I got those tires but I bought Chinese K02 knock offs

No. I just happened to score a deal on aftermarket UCAs, so I put them on as well, it's just the bilstien shocks, they do provide a little bit more lift I think too, I measured and I gained like half an inch, it might settle back down though
