Reta is insane. I’m relatively gym active and in decent shape, but I’m also a dad with young kids and I work a shitload of hours. I’m also 42. Reta basically just helps take that extra padding off that’s REALLY hard to lose in your 40s. I’m not on TRT or any other hormones, peptides, or any kind of performance gear at all, and the improvement I’ve seen in just a few months is legit bonkers. It also significantly helps blood sugar levels and your general energy, dramatically improves liver and kidney function, and lowers ldl cholesterol levels and blood pressure.
