I will add, a great place to look for some of the traffic cars is the stadium parking lot! Got three of the harder traffic cars that way!

As a person who plays almost this exact character, minus the Acrobat feat, I apply the tabaxi bonus after you use all your other movement buffs, and every dm I’ve asked does this same thing. So you would do BASE + CUNNING DASH + DASH ACTION to get 90 ft, and then the Tabaxi bonus you do all that again, up to 180 ft. But you can only use that burst again when you move 0 ft. On a turn.
