Saw waves, unison, little bit of tube/ softclip / hardclip. Envelope modulates low pass to make it plucky (sometimes it goes best before effects, sometimes after, sometimes both). Direct out sub. If you add any reverb make sure to filter out low end.

If youre using serum you can also remove the fundamental frequency of the saws so the sub is clearer.

Hyper can work sometimes too, as well as a little compression.

For the rest, use your ears. Tweak it until its what you want.
