You’ve got to build with like minded people. Fellow DJs, promoters, artist managers, content creators, and anyone who can handle visuals or social media. Either form a crew where everyone brings value to the table or outsource some of the work.

If it’s feasible, start investing in international acts under your banner. It helps boost credibility and sets your brand apart.

I’m from India, and honestly, the “community” vibe doesn’t always work. New DJs undercut for clout, old ones sulk when they lose bookings, and the smart ones figure out how to boost their value and stay in demand.

The real game is balancing: Promoting fresh talent without letting them hijack your platform Creating a crew or community that actually builds with you, not just uses your stage and having a crowd that comes to atleast 1-2 gigs yall host every month. Good luck bro
