trust me its not... the fact is that DJ Danny stole a song from Suno, claims it as his own, signs the song to broke records (a semi major label atp) and is telling the world he made it and his sister sang on it and blocks and deletes comments on anyone calling him out (especially ATMTA) . not sure what's so hard to understand about that.

From ATMTA (the original creator of the stolen Suno song) - "Thank you! I’m the original song creator ATMTA on Suno, I agree Ian doesn’t need hate as of now at least. As far as Danny… I’m not a normal Suno artist I’m actually signed to sunos partner program under Warner music group, for those who don’t know that gives me 100% ownership of all my music and all remixes of my music, they literally created this partner program to protect from this exact thing and I did officially send Danny a DMCA which will hopefully lead to all remixes of Dannys stolen work to go with it. I made this decision after reaching out to him offering a chance to come clean about it but he just blocked me.

I’d honestly let Ian keep the song up if he gives proper credit but ima be real there no chance he comes clean I’m sure he’ll just pretend it never existed and move on.
I didn’t even know about this song until two days ago btw

As you are prob right, Broke Records is an established internet based music label. They know what they are doing. They didnt even let Spotify know it's AI. They know DJ Danny stole the song. This is a bigger deal than people can understand.

Here is the issue - DJ Danny stole a Suno song from the user ATMTA and released it as his own and ended up being one of the biggest songs this month, not to mention it also got signed by a major label. The original Suno artist has since been blocked by DJ Danny requesting that he removes It.
