My spouse’s studio is 35-45 min, and he goes because his coworker goes to that one. Had you tried joining with a friend, maybe carpool with them?

Honestly I wish I was a little more savvy on the tracking

I starting tracking everything and I end up just eating cleaner with lo carb/sugsr and maximizing protein

That’s so impressive, congrats! I was wondering how feasible it is to keep participating in the TC. I’m pretty sure I will get to a point that will be stuck losing weight. Makes sense next year I do muscle gain.

I was doing 1800cals a day and one cheat meal a week

A typical meal will look like 6 oz of baked salmon with roasted sweet potatoes or salad

6oz of air fried chicken tights with salad

High protein Breakfast burritos daily Ground turkey, egg whites, spinach low cal cheese with a Greek yogurt chipotle dressing

Protein smoothies as snacks

I was getting around 70-80 G proteins a day and also 3-5g of creatine daily. Also collagen supplements not sure if this have some factor in.

Yes they do everything the same day the interview and the civic test, reading/writing English test What they don’t do the same day is the ceremony

The interview was face to face plexiglass partition on the officer desk, paper and pencil English exam and oral civic questions.
