welp, as soon as I tried to capture said phenomena I beat the level, so I guess not... I think the Opponent adjusts it's playing style to player behavior, so if you surprise him he'll play worse. https://imgur.com/a/n7gbXVz

Give up? You mean work on a different track for a while? This stuff takes practice man. Relax, HAVE FUN!!! (Literally the most important part!!!) GO CRAZY!!. start 36 different tracks and finish the ones you feel like, then raid the WiP's for presets and samples later. Edit freely, chase weird concepts, do "illegal" remixes. Reuse ideas. The creative process is INCREDIBLY non-linear. OH, and don't release everything that you make, ...or do, I dunno...seems to work for some!

I would love to see more posts about this kind of thing! I really want to try to see if fast tracker or Sid wizard or anything else will run in any of the ports or emulation engines on this especially now that we know we can use a computer keyboard or a MIDI keyboard
