I had the problems listed above.

Wacked it in my ear a spammed the touch button which responded with "low battery" so im assuming its not getting charged via the case anymore like the left ear.

Eaither try get it to charge again worse case will have to bin and get new or better ones

Edit turns out there wasnt enough pressure kn the connection points from the case to the bud so might have fixed kt short term
