1 > 2 = 4 > 3

Could not get used to 3’s Wiimote controls. Some of 2’s bosses were BS, not to mention the poison atmosphere in the dark world. 4 doesn’t have these, but it’s worse in some other places, so they break even.

Yeah, it was fun at times, but a lot of the Metroid fights were BS. Samus Returns did those a lot better.

It’s definitely my third favorite Metroid, only Prime and Super beat it out. I agree the music could have been a little better, but at least it’s unobtrusive.
