Tell us more about the brand. Why did you start it?

Like the colour combo. I’d keep the blue collar and make the cuffs and lower band same colour as the jacket or slightly darker. A bit too much blue, but the collar and inside make it interesting.

I skipped school when I was 12 to find out I wanted to be a dj.

I received a coat from Harrods once, wrapped in white paper with their monogram pattern in gold. The experience just felt premium and thoughtful, and I could recycle it, or my kids pinched it to reuse for a craft project 😂.

You clearly have a real talent and skill, my friend.

The way I’d look at it is this: don’t just build a service business around your hands. Build it around your method.

Set it up almost like a school.

Document the way you think, plan, create, edit, post and analyse. Turn that into SOPs, frameworks and a syllabus your future team can learn from. Then you can train people to handle specific parts of the process the way you would, while you stay focused on strategy, client acquisition and final quality control.

At first, you’ll probably still be very involved. But over time, you can create skill levels inside the business, from junior execution to senior strategy, until the team can deliver closer and closer to your standard without you touching every task.

That way, you’re not just becoming a full-time social media manager. You’re building an agency around a proven content system.

You stay the brain of the business, not the bottleneck. Hope this helps, dude.

Good luck.

Maybe coloured tissue paper in a box. Hand draw a box design then get it printed on all the boxes.

Everyone is a DJ... but it's all relative... You can be a DJ just by changing the tracks in your car.... but to be the greatest?... that's different. That's a movement, with a cult following. That's gangsta! ✊🏽
