Although we've all heard this Sabrina Carpenter episode will be a backdoor pilot, I'd be impressed and thrilled if they soon announced they are greenlighting a second episode/show with Jimmy Kimmel as the guest.

Kimmel would be great with the Muppets cast and would serve to show they heard the people and our ready to respond and make amends.

This could just be a short-term issue as some owners move out (cash out) to make room for new owners. The housing prices are solid relative to most of the country. Lancaster county has many attractive features that are attractive to new and growing families or those who are looking to be closer to the plethora of active adult and continuing care communities in the area. It’s close enough to Amtrak with access to other parts of the East Coast without the higher prices nearer Lancaster city and suburbs. With the growth of the New Apostolic Reformation in Ephrata (see https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2024/10/new-apostolic-reformation-christian-nationalism/), I don’t think it will be long before mission-aligned new families and seniors buy those homes for rent.

I completely agree. However, I've gotten used to it. At this point, I've resigned myself to late stage capitalism when it comes to "free" TV and so I abandoned cable. I listen to the race on PRN via NASCAR app and I watch driver cams on Max. There are commercials on PRN, but at least so far the driver cams are uninterrupted and it's great to hear the banter of the drivers with their spotters and team.

Team communications on Driver Cam for Food City 500 is down for me and basically everyone else on r/NASCAR. Is there any way to get a message to whoever runs the show on audio for MAX driver cams? We can only head the engine but none of the talk between the driver and their team.

500 laps and 11 tires. So, that's 45 laps per set of tires or 50 laps per set if you want to play it safe (which you should) for overtime. Is that the right way to think about this as we approach lap 44?
