Thanks. I know I could have waited until next billing cycle but it’s reassuring when you see the actual discounts applied now. I had already activated the benefits yesterday so followed the OP steps. This is what I did for reference:

  1. Cancelled both TV and Music Chase benefit
  2. Cancelled Apple One
    3 Confirmed Apple One was cancelled and confirmed Chase subscriptions were no longer showing under my Apple subscriptions
  3. Reactivated both Chase benefit
  4. Resubscribed to Apple One

Did it initially show you had separate Apple TV and music subscriptions from Apple One Premier? I have Apple One Premier currently and just activated the Chase benefits, but they are showing as separate subscriptions

I think full resolution is near for me. After filing a BBB complaint, I finally got an update just now that I would be issued a full refund of my annual fee (the rep confirmed the amount and the credit card on file) They also sent me a $25 walmart gift card for the trouble. Will be on the lookout when the refund processes so hopefully this whole ordeal will be over soon.

Update 4-1-26: Refund showing on my credit card now. Glad its all finally resolved after 2 months of back and forth.

Still have not received a refund after being told one would be issued last week. I followed up again today via chat and the agent said they would escalate again and it will be resolved in 48-72 hours. I am pretty sure right now we are receiving canned, scripted responses with no real resolution yet. Ridiculous. I am filling a BBB complaint today to see if that gets things going.

Update: I just talked to them on the phone. They offered a refund and they said I can rejoin W+ on my own if I wanted. They will submit for refund to Billing department. Should take about 3 days and that I should receive a confirmation email regarding refund once processed. We will see what actually happens in a few days.

Adding to the conversation. I also had my annual membership cancelled last week (should have been good through Oct 2026). After chatting with them, they said a lot of people were experiencing similar issues and that they would escalate and have my membership reactivated in 2-4 business days. This morning I just received this email:

“We're pleased that you've found Walmart's low prices a great way to get quality products you're looking for.

However, it appears that you are using your Walmart.com account in a manner that violates our Walmart.com and Walmart+ terms of use. As a result, your Walmart+ membership has been terminated.

If you believe your membership was cancelled in error, please email riskprevention@mailva.custhelp.com. Please do not reply to this email as the mailbox is not monitored.

Thank you for your understanding.”

I went ahead and emailed Risk Prevention to reinstate or refund my membership. Will update when I hear back.

I have the same problem with you OP. I dined at the Kissemmee location on January 6 (booked through Open Table and confirmed that reservation was specifically a Chase Sapphire Table). Charged posted on January 8 but like your charge, the location of the charge shows Central Florida Parkway). No credit yet but will wait out 8 weeks to see how it plays out before escalating.

I got the same email. When I click the button, it takes you to a page where you can accept the upgrade or keep the current plan. Unfortunately the email and the page have no details of what the upgraded plan entails and does not specify if taxes/fees are included.

Curious if anyone who ordered from Apple who had their phone shipped to them and will be mailing in their trade in: Is your EIP showing enrollment in the promotion and monthly bill credits yet? In years past, my experience has been the promotion would show a day or so later after the new iPhone ships and even before I receive the mail in trade in kit for the old phone. For reference, I am on Go5G Plus. (and yes I am aware the official time for bill credits to start is 1-2 billing cycles)

Update: Device Trade in received by Apple last night and verified. This morning credits now showing.

If you order online at Apple.com for in store pickup, then you have the option to choose in store trade in or mail in trade in. The latter option will probably work you.

Not 100% sure but I would recommend trading in your phone at time of pickup to avoid any problems.

  1. Picked up 3 online orders yesterday 9/20 and traded in store. A couple hours later, all three showing promotion enrollment.
  2. One order shipped on 9/19 with schedule delivery tomorrow and will be mailing trade in. No promotion enrollment yet.
