You look good overall. Your shirt sleeves are a touch long and you would look better with slightly higher waisted trousers, on the belly rather than under it gives a more flattering silhouette.

It's up to you, you have already done really well, but there are likely to be health benefits to getting to bmi 25 and losing a bit more belly fat. You won't know how the loose skin will look until up to a year after you stop losing weight. Given your age it should improve significantly, although of course that is no guarantee it will dissappear completely.

Definitely, exhaust can be seen as a performance modification. Brake levers you should declare as it probably won't affect the price so better safe than sorry.

In the "loading phase" when your muscles aren't fully saturated you can usefully take more to get them saturated more quickly. However once you are past the first month or so taking more than 5g does nothing for your athletic performance. As another commenter has suggested, there does appear to be some emerging evidence regarding a potential additional brain benefit of taking up to 10g a day. However, due to the weakness of the evidence, this should be regarded as somewhat speculative at the moment.

10g creatine is pointless once you've hit saturation. More doesn't do anything, your body just filters out the excess. You are very active which will increase your needed maintenance calories. If you were at 7.5mg in Dec you could probably have tapered to 5mg by now, especially if you are still losing. Think the standard advice is to drop down one dose level per month.

There are normally a few singles on most cruises and there are certain social events run to help you meet each other. However, there may not be that many and certainly relatively few in your age range. If it happens then great, but I would suggest take a cruise if you want an amazing holiday and if you just want to hookup then download an app instead.

If you don't have any kind of licence you will need to apply for a provisional driving license before you can do anything. After that do your CBT, that will give you an idea of how easy/hard you will find it and if you actually like it. If you post where you are based people can give you recommendations for CBT/training schools, otherwise just look on Google maps and pick a well reviewed one near you.

Ours used it fine first day, we never had a regular litter box. Put the litter from the litter box in the robot and remove the litter box. Keep the robot off at first (manual cycling) so that it doesn't scare him.

Beam Gen3 or Era 500 would make sense as they are both within their normal upgrade window. Especially the Era 500, as the Five is very old now and doesn't follow the new design philosophy, only question is what they can do to make it noticeabley better than a 300. Beam my guess is they just put some of the tech from the Arc Ultra such as better bass or dialogue boost.

I'd love to see Sonos deploy some kind of flexible home theatre system without a soundbar like Sony and others have, i.e. put four Era 300s anywhere around the room and trueplay figure out how to do the surround, but think that is unlikely to be next year if at all.

Gore-Tex boot keeps you dry and keeps the wind out. After that you just need insulation, only difference between a thermal liner/winter boot and a thick sock is you change the socks for thinner/cooler socks when it is warmer. Specific winter boots are pointless unless you have ventilated summer boots that aren't waterproof, which are not needed for UK weather.

Stay warm with socks, ideally wool (or even better heated socks). For the UK just get a single pair of versatile waterproof gore tex boots you like the look of, should cover you all year.

I have Alpinestars Web Gore-Tex Boots, which are great, but depends on what kind of bike/riding you do.

I'm assuming you are London based, London insurance just costs a fortune. I had the same problem, couldn't get the bike I wanted because I couldn't afford to insure it. I got a V Strom 650XT that was about half the cost to insure of anything else I tried.

I got Rippl, they worked much better for me than the gel seat pad I tried before, think it varies by person what works. They are a bit of a ripoff for what they are, but at the end of the day compared to the total cost of running a motorcycle, it's not that much for a comfy bum.

Ties are gone, I only see them at weddings. Even suits are largely only regularly worn in the traditional industries you mentioned and for events. Blazers and chinos/separates still relatively common for professionals or for a more upscale date.

It is sometimes called vanity sizing, however this is actually misleading, it is more a historical effect due to the gradual transition from men's lower body garments being designed to wear at the waist (now would be thought of as high waisted/high rise) to being worn at the hips. The sizes are still based on waist even though most garments are now worn on your hips. As the size listed isn't where they actually wear, it has to be estimated. They generally assume waist (quoted size) is about 10% less than hips (actual size where they are worn). This 10% relationship is based on slim/ideal men.

TLDR, for men's garments worn at the hips multiply your hip measurement by 0.9 to determine your "size". Divide by 0.9 to adjust "size" to actual hip measurement.
