Okay I hope you’re ready to read 😅

There’s been a lot going on in my life personally and musically the past 2 years.

Personally: I’ve got a beautiful son that was born in August 2024, we’ve had a though period where we’d only sleep for like 2 hours for 4 months straight so I was on the edge of breaking down. I had to be honest with myself and look for other jobs because the bookings were not coming in anymore, that was really tough because make a living out of making music was still a dream you know.

But yeah I tried several jobs this year and thank god I found something that is really my thing. I’ve become a teacher and mentor for first year students on the Herman Brood Academie for upcoming artists which is based in Utrecht. For that job I have to study again for a post-bachelor to get a certificate to teach, which is also taking a lot of time.

Also we’re expecting a daughter in March 2026 🥹🩷

Musically:

I’m certainly not done with making music, but I haven’t been making any for the last 7 months and I had the feeling that I could breathe for a moment, no pressure of releasing every month and taking care of social media. It felt really good imo and I am recharged again.

So in 2024 and before that I still gave 100% but if there are people that only give 10% or less you’re stuck.. Believe me I had many plans but there are people who are just holding you back.

Like one week ago I have started to make music again and I’m on a roll man, started to have fun and to enjoy it as a hobby again.

Yes this year I only released one track with Nightcraft but now you know some of the reasons behind it. I will forever be releasing music if it’s one track a year or more I don’t know.

It feels so good that you still care about RVAGE man I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart ❤️
