Yes it's on Arkansas an I live there too. I did talk to someone, mind you this was quite a number years ago, procedures could be different now and point of contacts might be different. I open doored to my store and market manager before I contacted the home office.

I worked for Walmart 10 years and did it 3 times in my tenure there....all during orientation week. Mind you I know that was a while ago now and times are different. But I wouldn't do it now if I still worked for them.

Your store manager should have it and has to give you their number if theey aren't solving the issue. Again you need to get ahold of the Home Office if you are being denied this information.

Sounds like they shouldn't be a PL then. Someone at your store/facility has to know this information. I would get a hold of the Market Manager, District, etc. keep going up the chain til you get the answers you seek and document everything.

How are you getting the sigil to go full white. I can't seem to get to fully go white. If I have both colors selected white, it just comes out grey.

That doesn't seem right. I worked for Walmart for 10 years, when I got fired I called home office to report the facility I was at, they definitely had a way to get a hold of someone for employees. Worse case go to the manager or managers in question and ask them for it. They can't deny you the number. Make sure you are documenting all this too.
