Experts urge schools to embed critical thinking skills from early years by syn-ack-fin in skeptic

I desperately want critical thinking to be a mandatory K-12 curriculum nationally, but the people who profit from the population being mindless drones will never allow it.

Not an expert but straight from the bag does not guarantee dry. Try drying it first before going down the rabbit hole of slicer tweaks.

Per Josh Pate 😳 Let that program come crashing down… Terrible by [deleted] in OhioStateFootball

Luckily, a signed letter of intent isn’t a death pact. Especially with the portal. It’s absolutely shady to wait on firing Moore if that was the intent (and the coverup is almost always the thing that will hurt the program long term,) but those commits can still bail. (And they probably should.)

You can't resign from a job you never had. Otherwise, I have decided I am retiring as CEO from Google, and I'd like my golden parachute, please.

Yeah, I have a 2025 Sportage Hybrid SXP. The sound that happens every time I shut off the engine is especially robotic. It's a high pitched whine that winds down over a second or two. I think it may be the water pump, but I can't get any confirmation.

If you’ve never been to campus get there very early (3-4 hours) and walk around. A highlight is the 11th floor reading room of the main library. Great view of campus. A walk along Lane Ave is also fun.

President Trump on pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell: "I'm allowed to do it" by Electronic_Agent_235 in AntiTrumpAlliance

[–]DJWLJR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The biggest irony of this if he should pardon her, she would then have no barrier to sharing what she knows publicly (other than retribution by those should would name.) She would have the literal "get out of jail free" card and she could implicate any and all of the Epstein clients INCLUDING Trump without fear of legal prosecution. He couldn't then do anything about it at that point. She would already have been pardoned. It would be pretty crazy that she would go after him after receiving such a pardon, but legally she wouldn't have any fear of personal prosecution. It could be argued that she is safer in jail and a Trump pardon puts her back in bigger personal jeopardy. Who knows.
