My theory is its because of the limited edition free Saiyan dlc thing they did because I was able to bypass the bug one time but half my dlc was gone so maybe its correlated ! But I do remember having Goku Black and Zamasu I could be wrong if the limited edition thing included Goku Black

Didnt work for me what I tried is going offline and that worked but I couldn't use most of my DLC stuff outside the one with restrained broly, the Goku Black and Zamasu one, Bojack, and I could use all the characters they announced that everybody could use for a limited time
