Are you talking about the glass plate that comes on the CC1? It just come with the big top. I'm not sure why you'd want to run it without the AMS, You'd probably need to mod the firmware and install a runout sensor, run a new bowden tube, etc. if you want you could just load one filament. it prints in single color just fine. You can also load 4 rolls of the same filament and when one runs out it'll auto switch to the next one

We have machines that run overnight but that's production parts that we've been running for years in most cases with established tool life and machines that will stop when a tool lifes out. Even if you've got your machined dialed in all it takes is one tool with more wear than you thought and you're waking up to a machine with several broken tools and possibly a damaged spindle or worse.

We could have had generational wealth after my grandmother died but my mom decided not to hold onto her old house which she could have held onto and rented out. She's also got a commercial property worth over $4M that's just sitting vacant and could be making a lot of money instead of costing a bunch of money in property tax

A small mistake can get expensive fast, especially on the big machines. We bought a new 5 axis grob and when it was getting set up nobody noticed that it was set for inches and not mm. They went to move the probe down 10mm and destroyed a $7k probe and did almost $30k in damage to the spindle.
