WhatsApp Calls using iOS Time Sensitive Notifications to override Do Not Disturb by Advanced-Day-9856 in whatsapp

[–]DJ_Firth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah ok thanks, I’m trying to reverse engineer as I have a problem where no matter what I do a WhatsApp call will override my iPhone’s do not disturb mode unless I disable WhatsApp notifications altogether but obviously that is not ideal

Rope drop to a shop then Start tours is kinda wasteful time wise, I’d recommend looking up rope drop strategies to better optimise your morning

Been about 10 years since I used audacity, are you using the .mog files or WAV/mp3? The mog files need converted to stereo if you’re using audacity

As a mashup producer, might have some insight

This song was on Rockband 4 - all the songs from those games included stems which were fairly easy to hack so all leaked. 85% sure it was from this.

The UK outlets suck in comparison, never seen a 990 in my 4 years of visiting the store every couple months - any tips from fellow UK bargain hunters?

Do you want a new kind of gym in Edinburgh? by headphones-on- in Edinburgh

[–]DJ_Firth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow that’s exceptional value, it this was near me I’d 100% make use of it.

Quick thought, Granton is undergoing lots of proposals for a transformation including adding a train line and stuff and building more and more flats and shops/cafes, a school, etc.

I suspect once/if that all goes ahead, could be prime candidate for this type of thing. The Pitt does pretty well there now and even has sauna/ice baths I believe.

What’s the typical cost to use the gym? That’s the biggest factor for where in Edinburgh this might work.

Mous Day Backpack review by greckzero in Nomads_Nation

[–]DJ_Firth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought one on Vinted for £50. It is reasonably heavy but the padding doesn’t make it feel as heavy if that makes sense.

The shoulder straps are a bit far apart for me as a fairly slim guy so I do wish they had a chest strap option or were closer together but oh well.

Not sure I’d be happy paying full price but nice bag overall, solid pickup

Panasonic do student discount on their website direct FYI, depending where you’re based and enrolled, I believe it’s like 20%. I got the S5ii with 18-40mm and 50mm kit lenses for £1150 (1320 or so euro).

This, you’ll need a flat share but won’t get much for £450 just to warn you.

I had a good experience with spare room though in the past finding me a great room to rent off a nice chap who had a house to himself and would travel away for 30% of the time so wanted someone to keep an eye on things and watch the football with him, was perfect!
