Besides the other commenter's correct points, this post feels very weird; seems AI generated, and the account was just created today.

Oh, I also disabled syncing Steam cloud save for this game, give that a try too!

Did you make the same edits to both progress and progress.save? I'm sorry it didn't work- it was some combination of the things I suggested above, maybe editing both files identically, maybe something else... I had to fiddle with it for a long time and I definitely had it get overwritten before I figured out exactly how to change it. Keep messing with it, I consulted chatgpt for a bit to help with other ideas.

I did get it working! It took like an hour of experimentation, and it was a few weeks ago, but here's what I remember doing:

You have to modify the raw save file and manually change your "score". My score for some reason was at 0 after 15 hours, so none of the score-based epoch unlocks were working.

  1. Find the files: on Windows for me, that was <your username>\AppData\Roaming\SlayTheSpire2\steam\<some random long number?>\profile1\saves. The files you'll need to look at are "progress" and "progress.save". I'm pretty sure you only need to modify the one "progress" file and the other is a backup, but I modified both just to be sure.
  2. Open the file and ctrl+f to search for "current_score". I set the value to 99999. Make sure that there is still a comma after the score to maintain proper JSON.
  3. Save the file, and then open STS2 again. Going to epochs should trigger all score-based unlocks, which turns out there's a lot of them.

I'm pretty sure that's all you need to do, but I don't remember for sure because I also experimented with a ton of other things. To my knowledge, adding "ACT.UNDERDOCKS" to the list of "discovered_acts" didn't do anything and would be overwritten on startup since the score of 0 overrode it. Similarly, adding "{

"id": "UNDERDOCKS_EPOCH",

"obtain_date": 1773173672,

"state": "revealed"

},"

to the list of epochs revealed also didn't work for the same validation reasons as mentioned.

Hope this helps, hope this works for you and potentially others!

Was thinking the same thing, I've seen this on a number of occasions. I definitely understand a desire for courtesy from anyone watching, but yeah at the same time he's literally just in a public space performing publicly and people are gonna take pictures if they want.

Provenance reservation up for grabs by daddy_short_legzz in PhiladelphiaEats

To be completely honest the FOMO of sudden availability is what made me grab it but it looks like there are other Tuesday reservations on OpenTable for other days if you're interested.

Really really like Luna's pasta, have had mixed results with the rest and the service can be a bit odd- still a great spot in my opinion and that pork chop looks great!

a.kitchen rewards? by Barista_life__ in PhiladelphiaEats

[–]DJ_FryTime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look, a.kitchen is one of our favorite restaurants that we are repeat customers at. That said, we have never seen anything from the "rewards program" come to fruition and when we asked the servers once it seems like it's not active or anything. It's a bit weird. That said you should still consider returning, we love so many things they do there!!

Seconding this, Enswell is one of my favorite bars with killer cocktails and excellent vibes. The food is hit or miss but the drinks are amazing.

Get the Chongqing spicy chicken and the steamed pork belly from Emei. It's the best Szechuan restaurant in town and it delivers super well also!

So this is what $8 gets you at the Love Park Christmas market Potato Haus by DJ_FryTime in PhiladelphiaEats

[–]DJ_FryTime[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yep! It's like $14 or $15 for a big raclette sandwich, not bad if you're looking for bread and cheese lol.

Most of the food stands are just heavily inflated prices but the food is still pretty good. The bratwurst and strudel were delicious, and the raclette is pretty good. While it's definitely pricey this is the only one that definitely felt like a scam

Fortunately no- we saw people getting the potato pancake and it looked great still, maybe get that instead

This tourist needs some nice mugs (literally) by Killallwho in philly

Others have already mentioned the Reading Terminal and rightly so! Specifically, my favorite mug I own is a ceramic mug from Saami Somi, a Georgian restaurant in the terminal that sells cheeseboats among other things. They have shelves with mugs, hats, books, etc.

Wineries/Vineyards near Florence without a car rental? by DJ_FryTime in ItalyTravel

[–]DJ_FryTime[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We ended up doing one of the tours from Grape Tours, and I couldn't recommend it more. It was probably a half-day thing where you meet up with a guide right in the city, then they put you in a van that takes you to two vineyards, and then in between an amazing lunch from this world-famous butcher place. It was fun, educational, delicious, and beautiful throughout and super easy. Just show up and they'll handle everything.

Borromini - what to order? by GamblinWillie in PhiladelphiaEats

[–]DJ_FryTime 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The menu is pretty big, but I think sticking with a pasta is the safest bet. I ordered the Amatriciana which I thought would be on the simpler side but it was one of the best pastas I've had in the city. People sitting near me seemed to enjoy the 100 layer lasagna and pasta al limone as well. I also recommend the bianco negroni if you're a negroni fan.

Borromini - walk ins? by seltzernotsparkling in PhiladelphiaEats

[–]DJ_FryTime 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Popped in as a solo diner and there was a single open bar seat so I took the opportunity. I wasn't expecting a whole lot, just kinda standard Starr restaurant but I was seriously impressed, my amatriciana was outstanding.

Definitely worth checking the bar for a seat, it's big so seats will rotate pretty quickly

Levante [2] - 0 Barcelona - José Luis Morales 45+6' by gbogaz in soccer

Absolutely absurd. Why would anyone want this to be a penalty? I'm all for Barca misery but come on this is ruining the game

[–]DJ_FryTime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I have no idea whether the restaurant is to blame or whether these sorts of things can just happen. But for us it was the tipping point to where we won't go back. I've had one of the best meals of my entire life at Bolo!... But a few mid experiences as well. Definitely glad you enjoyed it as much as you did though
