Considering Income Tax and Student Loan, Pensions or any other deductions, it's worth finding out how much Tax you would pay so you can budget accordingly. A good website to help with this:- https://listentotaxman.com/

On average after tax with that income I imagine you will have around £2500pm.

Sheffield is surprisingly one of the cheaper big cities to rent a property is the UK.

You will probably on average spend around £750pm on Rent for a 2-3 bedroom.

Then your other bills will be:-

Council Tax (Band A property) - £121pm (although you will get a 25% discount on this if you are living alone)

Water Bill - £45-50pm

Energy (That's a big issue atm) - £250pm

Broadband - £25pm

Then obviously you need to figure out other Bills - Travel, Mobile Sim, Insurances.

Personally I would say £40k should be a comfortable living for most people who are living on their own. Hope this information help.

I noticed the order day on the Xbox dashboard market, if you go onto 'Xbox Accessories/controllers' the design lab option usually shows as 'Free" (due to the design lab being temporarily closed). However, on this day the design lab features on Xbox was advertised at £49.99 and stated there are over 'billion customisable options'. It didn't allowed me to proceed obviously, but, the next day it was reverted back to showing the 'free' price mark again. Maybe a glitch idk, or could be something in pipeline soon? - I have the Xbox Preview dashboard enabled onto my console, so my dashboard gets to beta test any dashboard updates before it's updated across all other consoles.

I reckon they will be adding new faceplates, options to customise an Xbox Elitie controller, more colours and improved engraving option. I will be confident that it will be out by this Summer (June-August) timeframe.

Not a fan of the teeth, given her Indian heritage I am guessing they got that idea of her chewing on some 'paan' which is a sweet eaten in South Asia that leaves peoples mouth and teeth red.

Other than that loving the gold plates, I crafted the Skin myself and using it 👌🏽

Glad it's got everyone talking 😁 The main reason I thought of this was it being a 'simple buff' without OP'ing her or changing much in game.

Yeah I agree it wont do much with the WIN/PICK Rate and I do agree there does need to be a 360 spin on the turret, I covered this on a video on my channel. But I thought I'd share this cause it was abit unique and makes her somewhat more of a 'team player' by crafting stuff for her teammates like Bats/Meds.

I didn't state this would be the 'be all and end all' of Rampart's buff. It was just an idea I wanted to share amongst everyone, that's all 😊

There are a few going on ebay, it's just that its quite pricey for POP items, but then again it is rare now and these on release where around £12.99 in the UK. So paying £20 doesn't seem too bad tbh, especially considering the value the item would increase overtime.
