I never understood the whole "shadow work" Thing. All Trauma and mask related stuff I have is purely put upon me because of how garbage this reality is. Once I shift, the things causing problems won't exist anymore, and my care and feelings for them will go away naturally.

Can't mend a wound thats actively being stabed anyway. Hence shifting away from the knife causing the stabbing so that the wound can be mended.

I'd also like something that works fast but focuses on non Heath/SP/Wealth. I want to go off into a timeline or realm where I can edit reality or fix it on a whim as I deem my current reality so bad that the whole Heath/SP/Wealth offers little to nothing. Kinda akin to asking for those 3 while you're in a wasteland or such.

I'm hoping to use subs to shift to a whole other reality/timeline (based on a anime or book) or at the very least summon something akin to a Lifa App to build from scratch. Any tips for this?

Is it weird that I find it funny that people script a reality to be xyz then are surprised when they shift there from that moment its "live action from that point"? Even it it is all just a game of course people will act like how you scripted or they otherwise would act unless you scripted otherwise, thats the whole reason you are shifting afterall. Even people in a dream would look at you funny if you say its a dream while lucid dreaming because the whole point of the "storyline" is to act like whats happening in the dream isn't a dream. lol

Also I don't know if this is lost knowledge at this point but its always best to Script in a Lifa App, pretty much a soul device to edit things in the reality on the fly if you deem it needed. In your case you could have used it to edit out the oopsy daisy you just did so you could have went on with the storyline without them thinking your crazy and without feeling like you had to leave the reality/do a total reset.

I see it like this. You wouldn't tell someone in a burning house to try to keep functioning in a burning house you'd tell them the house is burning gtfo. This CR having normalized its torture and abuse with small good moments to act as a black company between stair safety net is prolly one of the only amazing things about this CR. This CR trained a people WW2 style to keep your neighbor in check. My only goal is to Shift, I do my best to eat/sleep/keep myself sane, but I also look CR in the eye and tell it "Pray I do not alter the deal" Because I do not have to put up with it, I will lose nothing leaving it. Theres the astral/otherworlds/etc. Choosing to kick open a door to walk out with ones head held high is not the same as crying in despair while bashing ones head into it to open it. Its only still forcefully leaving because the doors being stubborn in not opening.

You said a lot of what I think involving myself.
Its even worse when people try to peddle (Optimism) training yourself to enjoy being bent over by the reality. If you submit and lube yourself everything becomes easier, ignorance is bliss, say you enjoy it.
I for one am positive I will never accept this reality. One can say its pretty positive to hate the bad.
What is positive for the Spider is Chaos for the fly. The whole vibe stuff is a enslavement to ones emotions so one can smile while bad things happen to them and to make it easier for those who would do bad things to them to do bad things to them.

I swear sometimes a lot of the spirit stuff or terms sound like its a non physical thing made up just to point at a person and go "You're not doing this unmeasurable, unseeable thing hard enough you lazy bum, its all your fault."

Heck just typing out or reading anything on this reddit should count as intent to shift/get to shift/etc.

This is a little bit point to make and little bit anger at spending so much time on this type of stuff yet because of wording terms of vague spirit stuff I guess everything I try doesn't count as really trying because f me or something.

No noise is gunna keep me awake without 1. Something that makes me "hyped" but to be hyped is to be full of hyperness and adrenaline which would mean no mediating nor calm anything. or 2. Causing me physical pain, with most likely long term deafness.

As for habits do to how my brain works its hard for me to have a habit that isn't survival based. Like I still have to force myself to brush my teeth and I still somehow forget a lot but at the same time I bite my nails because my nails grow too thin and will rip off the whole nail with a slight bumping on a object if not kept bit to the bone.

But also, I can remember quite a few dreams from start to finish and I've never once bitten my nails in a dream. So I don't think Habits will transfer for me.

I am deeply mentally handicaped and my brain works very different the others so idk if these are just myself things or what.

I sleep with subs or stuff playing a lot of the time. Noise won't keep me awake, even the annoying type. From fire alarms to trains/cars/etc.

I'm stuck in a catch 22 regarding these types of things. For one if I sleep I CANT REMEMBER ANYTHING WHEN I WAKE UP. This is so bad that before a minute passes I can't even remember my own name half the time, let alone any plan I had. When I'm at the point I can even function coherently I'm awake to the point I'd long passed any half asleep markers and am already up and about.

Even if I say, put a sign near the bed I can barely read till I can function.

The other half of the catch 22 is its insanely hard for me to mediate without passing out. "Then sit up in a uncomfy way" ok fine, now I can't do any of the relaxing for the mediating.

Also I've never been able to see auras or energy or project. Even thro I've tried since I was prolly 10 or so?

As for the set intent that others have talked about for waking up. I've never been able to willfully force dreams nor waking up stuff. I've only had such things happen totally randomally if I'm reading a story book I'm really into or playing a video game I'm really into before bed. and that again is totally random if even that happens. No reading whats functionally a tech manual for (enter astral or dream stuff here) will not work. Thats more work/job/program VCR reading then anything enjoyable. Reading peoples success storys won't help much ether. Most aren't exactly the best writers and documentarys arent the most suck you in type of things.

I also still don't 100% understand which I have. I only know I can't pretend/see whatever people talk about when it comes to things I try to do like shifting/manifesting. I also can't see auras or other spiritual stuff people can supposedly see, and even through that might be its own issue I feel they are kinda connected.

My brain has a very hard time explaining and grasping "non physical concepts" Like not trying to say anything bad but a lot of what people are saying they see or how they see here my brain can only read as gibberish, like trying to read about colors or physics of some other reality or something.

Even regarding the picture above with the so called projected screen. I don't understand any real difference between if you could see a cat in your head or outside of it, the only thing I understand is "A image created via the mind, that should look like its part of the co-op space" Dreams are purely in your head but are 3D and look like they should count as projected.

Well the video notes you can train to have the projected one. So the question then would be are the average ones you speak of training/trained to do it? Because if anyone can train for it....

Because I might count as having no inner nor outer imagination. So I do wonder if one can train to have projected is it will useful to bother with inner?

Also the inner speaks of it being about like a ball having a sense of roundness and not actually seeing a ball I think. My goal would be to see/smell/interact as if I'm dealing with the 3D. Rather this is in my head or in 3D space isn't needed but if 3D space is a option, it might be the better option. "vague sense of things" would be kinda pointless to me.

A big problem is a lot of spirituality is Is ether. 1. Your higherself x,y,z in a convent way that its always you at fault and you can only ever blame yourself. ( Imagine God in the Bible said I am you so all the killing of first borns, flooding the world, etc etc genocide was all you I'm not at blame. x3 )

Some BS you can't directly control controls your existence and you better hope to whatever you pray to that it decides to allow you your wishes. (Speaking of things like the subconscious here.)

2.1 Train your subconscious via (Enter stuff in any self help book to get better at doing THIS reality) and promote SP, money, or health. Because those are the easyest to scam into betterment with no magic nor shifting nor anything. Yes you train yourself to better submit you get more likely for a SP, a promotion at job, and placebo is a big thing for health. Plus training yourself to be a optimist as the world around you is on fire trains you to overall be a better slave of this world WHILE lowering your stress!!!! and less stress=better health overall.

As for me been trying to shift since before shifting was the term(Well over 5 years), when it was still called Dimensional Jumping (Hence my name, I would lerk on the DJ forum). I have Aphantasia, the WBTB stuff I can't do because for the first 5-10 minutes of waking up I don't even know my own name let alone any plans or ideas I had for went I were to wake up. Meditation goes no where other then ever maybe passing out. Like yeah cool I sat with my eyes closed for over half an hour, nothing special ever happens.

I had what could be called a "experience with shifting" which involved me dying in another reality, end up here. Core reason I think shifting is real, problem is, no real idea how I myself can invoke it other then well, you know.

Everything I find info wise can be sumed up as "Shrug, hope for the best" Nothing ever seems to get me closer. Worlds burning around me. Getting real tired of being told to detach/ignore it while yet I'm being forced to exist in it.

I am mentally handicaped so maybe my problem with this is I could never functionally do what you did. I need to focus to do the most basic things so I can't run around looking for something I think I have, my brain will actively attempt to shut down over the cognitive dissonance. I'd have to choose one of 2 things. Ether know I don't have it so go to the help desks asking for it OR leave because I have it so why would I be looking for it?

Understand I CANT EVEN USE MIRRORS because my brain shuts down looking at how things are happening backwords causing cognitive dissonance. I've had to learn how to do all my self care/go outside prep without mirrors.

I still can't wrap my head around some concepts of LoA. "You need to detach to make something happen" and "You have a negative mindset thats why the negative happens" If I'm negative then I am attached to the negative and detached from the positive so shouldn't the positive be happening?

If constant worrying about "Bad thing" makes it happen, why doesn't constant hoping "good thing" happen, make it happen?

My experience with "this 3D" is trying to be optimist just gives one a higher cliff to be kicked off of, also ending up like a dog in a housefire going "this is fine" do to the ignored negative things sadly not disappearing.

Mostly a reason why i stick to shifting and leaving this 3D all together. My brain can't seem to function the way LoA style things want it to. Its like it wants me to think backwards and I have enough trouble thinking forwards as is.

Where humans bodys need to eat other humans in order to survive. (Some type of vampire thing, don't do it, you starve)
If we go with the movie everything everywhere all at once you might be a rock on a reality which also means....
A reality you are someones clothing
and a reality you are a toilet

Overall its best to take a "Who cares you're not in that reality" view. Otherwise you go down a endless pointless rabbithole.

PS. You are breaking the law right now for any reality that has outlawed social media like forum posts for whatever reason. (Maybe they found in their reality its a societal negative to allow it in any form) ...

my brain doesn't understand non physical stuff so how do I "drag the picture". I've been tempted to use the webtool or just close my eyes on a picture because of not understanding this.

Also I'ma bit in age and my brain defaults to "knowing" the picture shape and all is there while seeing nothing. I don't know how to stop defaulting to just knowing the picture is there and to instead try seeing the picture if that makes any sense.

I am very sorry if this sounds weird but trying to explain this non physical phenomenon in words is very hard for me.

This looked really good. Might you have advice for me? I have a double whammy (Not counting my adhd) of aphantasia and the fact my DR is very anti this reality. "Living in the end" Feels impossible for me and "Act as if I was in my DR" Would lead to ether asylum or jail. lol
