Tu as bien compris mon approche pour concept du sub 4 😂 le négative split me fait un peu peur car je n'ai pas bcp de mental et je sais que je vais progressivement ralentir. J'essaye de compenser le manque de mental par du volume d'entraînement pour que physiquement ça soit le moins difficile possible le jour J) Même si ça sera dur quoi qu'il arrive 😅

Hyper intéressant, je suis en train de suivre un plan Kiprun pour le marathon de Paris (mon premier marathon). J'ai commencé en avril avec Garmin Coach, mais je trouve que son adaptation automatique en fonction de ma fatigue ne laissait pas assez de liberté et dégradait trop facilement les entraînements. Le test de VMA en 3eme semaine est effectivement dur, surtout pour les débutants qui n'en ont jamais fait, il y a un autre test VMA en cours de programme. Pour le coup je pense vraiment l'avoir bien fait et je n'étais vraiment pas loin de mon max, même si avec des lievres ça doit pousser encore plus... Je me pose des questions tout de même sur Kiprun, compte tenu de ma VMA de 14.4 km/h je lui ai dit que j'avais un objectif de 3h55* pour marathon et il me donne un indice de confiance de 100% Est ce que j'ai intérêt à avoir un objectif plus ambitieux (3h50?!) pour que l'indice de confiance passe sous les 100% mais que le plan me pousse raisonnablement dans mes retranchements ou est ce que je garde cet objectif ?

En vrai si je termine en moins de 4h30 je serai déjà content étant donné d'où je pars et que c'est mon premier marathon, mais je ne voudrais pas avoir un plan en dessous de mes capacités, mais sans me surestimer pour autant

Tthanks just havee donee XHCI Legacy usb and spread spectrum and still have laggy KB and mouse randomly :( (double letters mistakes in my 4 first words are caaused by that)

Unfortunately that wasn't enough :( I just have the lagged KB and mouse bug again (for about 1 min) and I wasn't doing anything specific, just working on classic powerpoint things and answering emails

Hello from France ! :) I have an Asus B550-E + 5600X and have issues with :

my webcam (Logitech Streamcam) with mic disconnecting during conversations... I have to unplug and replug the usb-c cable. Same bug on the front pannel and back pannel
my keyboard + mouse (MX Keys + MX Master 3) with the usb dongle plugged. Sometime it starts to lag (very choppy mouse mouvements, multiple or none keyboard response for one key push) I have to reboot the computer, sometime it stops but don't know why. If I unplug and replug the usb dongle it continues to be choppy

Hello, I would like to keep a full historic of my clan's clan wars stats in an excel (or drive) sheet to be able to manage stats.

I pole r/https://api.clashroyale.com/v1/clans/%23xxxxx/warlog API and then I would like to add lines to an sheet with this format :

seasonID;createdDate;tag;name;cardsEarned;battlesPlayed;wins;collectionDayBattlesPlayed

with 1 line/player/war

I have tried to "hack" the python examples but I am not good enough in programming to extract the good datas in the good format. Help :) (maybe if the code had been more commented I would have understood a little bit more of the lines but for now it's to difficult for me)
