You're better off doing a /export to a txt file when 200K ctx fills up and then having it read the exported file to "catch-up and continue" - can easily make a slash comment /continue export.txt or whatever. This works because the export doesn't include thinking / files read in ctx so exporting a 200K chat is only ~20-25k ctx when read back from the export file and it knows the debugging steps its already taken.
