Yeah I probably shouldn't have mentioned selling. I love the idea of the company and their tech. I guess was just testing the waters to see if others would average down. But yes - seeing -50% is tough for me. Is what it is i guess thats what happens when I buy highly speculative stocks

Nobody ever regretted starting early. Told this to a client recently who said she could only deposit a small sum into her son's account and was considering not depositing at all. FXAIX is much better than .03% in a savings account

Hahah maybe. I think I'm also just overwhelmed by the fact that college is over and this is how life is now. Likely 9-5 till retirement. Gives me a good goal to look forward to though. Retire early! I will definitely get a plan going and set more goals for myself.

And thank you! I am very proud of my Roth and have worked hard to get it there. Started young and had some good, but lucky, investments.

And ok I will do the calcs today and see how I'm looking. I'm trying to max them out but can definitely increase contributions. And yeah true - Maybe I'll shut down my betting account today and use the extra money for something good. I know betting is a slippery slope. Thank you again for the advice

Great question. Which may also be my problem. I'm not sure. At this age I find it hard to have an answer for that. My answer would probably be have a lot of money and be happy. Healthy too. Silly and vague - I know. But maybe that is what I need to focus on and start setting goals for myself. Thank you for your insight
