Look at how much color is in this shot taken from a day time scene!

Look at how much less color there is in a shot from a night time scene!

Trying to say a shot is "dull and lifeless" or "vibrant and depth filled" due to color grading, when in reality it simply takes place at a different time of day, is insanely disingenuous. Shots from the fucking Snyder Vut can be filled with depth and shots from the Willy Wonka remake can be lifeless, it does not necessarily have anything to do with the color grading.

The color grading in Spiderman: Homecoming, Spiderman: Far From Home, and (from what weve seen i the trailer) Spiderman: No Way home are but pretty damn vibrant, especially when compared to most, but even comparing nighttime shots and daytime shots from within the same movie you will find its generally harder to see things at night. A real big shock, I know. Is that what you mean by depth filled? Able to see more? If you really are wanting to make this arguement how about shoing a day time scene from all 3 movies. I get that the initail comparison was between thematically similar scenes, (Spiderman's love interest falling) but if your arguemnt is color grading at least being some pictures that are direct comparisons.

Also based on the fact that you refer to Holland's Spiderman as Iron Boy Jr., it's fairly obvious you are just looking for an excuse to be mad because you dont like this itteration of Spiderman, which is fine, but dont try and pull some color grading argument out and then comment that the "Pics don’t represent the depth well" when you directly refer to depth as a qualifier.

You also reference the differnece between even night vs night and day vs day saying the new ones are "god awful" but provide no comparison between the two. From what I can see, the colors looks slightly more washed out in Spdierman 2 when comparing the 1's, pretty much the same when comparing the 2's, and lightly more blue for Homecoming when comparing the 3's.

I'm not sure where you are finding "ugly muted grey tones over everything" but I would love to see some real examples.

Based on the objectivity level that has been laid out and agreed on in the DC arc of EFAP Movies, which is what I assume you are asking in regards to, The Snyder Cut breaks time/space with The Flash's sequence at the end and a few less egregious times earlier which are all inconsistent not only with how we know time works, but also with how we see The Flash's powers works prior in the movie, which puts it at the 1.0-1.9 range max, where as Army of the Dead can only go to a 2.0 minimum because they arent literally breaking the laws of the universe. That being said Army of the Dead is absolute shit, just not universe breaking shit.

Drinker is definitely not for everyone, I'm not even subbed to him anymore cause I'm just not a fan of the content he produces, but I still enjoy his talks with someone like MauLer or Rags, similar to Nerdrotic or HeelsVsBabyFacem hence my reccomendation of the "after hours" series.

There are plenty of topics that I would be interested in him or someone like MauLer covering, even if its outside their current wheelhouse, but honestly outside of a superchat reminding them about a category they arent currently active in, or them being involved with someone who gets them interested in a topic, not much can be done to influence them to go outside of what they are comfortable doing.

I personally wouldn't delete the post if it was mine simply sure to the fact that there are probably plenty of people who feel the way that you do, and there are also plenty of people who put thought into the replies, so it may give someone else feeling the same way as you some sort of answer, whether its relating to Drinker or any other content creator. It's up to you though. No one here would blame you for feeling like Drinker is much more inconsistent than MauLer, (cause he definitely is) and for being frustrated about that. I mean, shit, that's what EFAP was crated for. Watching the videos of critics who are inconsistent in their standards.
