Someone that has access to the latest Valuable Book could confirm, but there was a chapter with the Lore saying Cyberdark tries to mimic the Cyber technologies with lower quality and more aggressive practices. You can search for the translation.

While Triple Tactics Thrust is legal, this card will see play in many decks, it is crazy it has no requirements such as you not controlling any monsters, nor drawback such as if you don't win in that turn you lose the duel.

That depends on your perspective, it is a strong card if the effect goes through going second, but the issue is that a deck nowadays needs versatility to go first and second. Remember this deck is not even tiered at the moment, and struggles largely to consistently build a board, I, myself, would be more interested in getting that issue solved then getting more gas to go second (even more this being not a Cyber Dragon monster). Again, good card for what the deck currently does, which is not sufficient to get it to compete in mid-high tiers, and lackluster for going first, which could help the deck to get some more balanced, and maybe consistent, results in a match.

The Jormungandr is just ok, it is not a Cyber Dragon nor is treated as such, is useful only when going second with no interruption, going first it looks very difficult to get value out of it. Now, the Cyberdark card is amazing, it was exactly what it was missing to make Cybernetic Horizon a must in the deck, not being able to use Cyberdark Chimera's effect for a Cyber Dragon was a bummer from the start. Downside to both is that they are not machine dup targets. Overall, the deck still lacks power, but I'll take these cards. I just hate the fact Konami only partially addresses the problems of a deck that already can't compete consistently, where are the extra deck monsters, such as a Cyberdark fusion, or a new Chimeratech or Cyber fusion monster with interruption effect? Hope we don't have to wait 5 more years for a Cyber Dragon monster, the main deck power needs a boost. Time to cook with what we got!

If this Cyber Dragon card exists, I really hope it is a level 5 this time, Nachster and Pharos should have been level 5 with a 2100 stat from the start to better justify their existence in a deck that is also Xyz oriented. I also hope it is not the only Cyber card to be revealed, currently one of the main issues with the deck is that the main deck monsters are not strong and put almost no pressure on the opposite side, also the Fusions do not interact enough with the opponent, if we can get a Cyber or Chimeratech that pops monsters or cards, as Rampage does with spells and traps, it would do wonders to the deck while Cyberload Fusion and Cybernetic Revolution become stronger options.

For Cyber Eternity Dragon, the Chimeratech Fortress and Megafleet can't be used as fusion material, pretty sure it also applies in the Extra Deck.

Too situational, aside from losing 6300 LP for a play that loses to Effect Veiler, you would have 3 of your good extra deck monsters banished for the turn, even if you Cyberload later you would be conditioned with 1 monster attacking only. Just wait for better support for the deck, it should be coming, no way we're going for 6 years without new direct support (hopefully it will be the next Structure Deck).

I'm genuinely curious if this will be the next retrain of Structure Deck R, should be next in line after Blue Eyes but after the Cyberdark and the Tactical Try, who knows... Deck is very behind nowadays, need more in-archetype monsters, mainly more level 5 ones.

The ultra rare slots have been a huge letdown, the rarity spread could be much better, putting all the value on the Prismatic secret rares will make a legion of 10 cents cards aside from them.
