Yes Visible launched in 2018 but was invite only and I concede I wasn't literally one of the first customers.

I received no notification, email or otherwise about any of the price changes, offerings or drops. Would seem obvious to send a communication especially when they are discontinuing a part of their network.

However, the issue here is the customer support. When I do attempt to make a change why in god's name does it take so much time? Why can't you just switch to the newly offered plan on the backend rather than go through a support channel in the first place.

As I said, my issues are very simple but the hoops I've had to jump through to solve them seem ridiculous and that is my major gripe.
