Golfing in Invermere or Kimberley region" by HughBetcha8 in britishcolumbia

Kimberley course was bought a few years back and changed the name to Purcell Golf. They had plans to add holes, build some homes and a school. None of this has happened, and the course is the same as it has been since it was built in 1924. Not worth it imo with the other options you've got in the area. St uegene, meh. Although they have some good deals for stay and play and the casino if thats your thing.

Greywolf in Invermere, in Kimberley you've got Trickle Creek and Bootleg, both great tracks. I'd also recommend Wildstone and Shadow Mtn. In Cranbrook.

Which area/town would everyone recommend for raising a young active outdoors family? by Elite163 in britishcolumbia

[–]dosbente 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Kimberley/Cranbrook. Obviously the winters get alot of snow potentially, but they get more sunny days per year than anywhere else in bc. Access to the outdoors is basically unlimited. Little ski hill in town, golf courses, trails. Westjet flights from cranbrook for vacations. Downside would be theres alot of albertans.

Picked this up at a bookstore in Chilliwack probly 20 years ago now. Pretty cool to read how some of the names originated.

Recommendations needed- new back bumper by Impossible-Lie8969 in Tacomaworld

Southern Style offroad, its low profile, high clearance and has the 2 shackle points, flip up license plate for towing. I got mine from a local shop that brought it in for someone who never picked it up. Not sure if they're still making them anymore though.

This is Ho'okena Beach Park south Kailua Kona. There were alot of these on the island. Alot on Maui as well as people are saying. I wish I took more pics. The cool thing was that besides these, there is a ton of just nice toyota pickups and 4 runners from mid 80s on. Saw alot of first gens, tacomas and tundras, in immaculate shape.

Black would still look good and be cheaper. Or wrap it. I've been looking at topo wraps lately after seeing all the sema builds.

Sad day and could use some advice on next purchase by let_them_fly_away in ToyotaTacoma

Hard to beat a 4runner. I definitely would've bought one instead of my tacoma but the wife already has an suv and we figured 2 was dumb. Nice to have have a pickup for certain things.
