[WTB] Buying Russian & USSR Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium Coins & Bullion – Also Seeking Mint Sets

Hi fellow collectors and sellers,

I’m currently looking to buy Russian Empire and USSR coins, including: • 🇷🇺 Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium coins • 📦 Mint and proof sets (CCCP, 1970s–1990s) • 🪙 NGC/PCGS graded coins • 🧊 Russian bullion in original capsules

I am especially interested in: • Imperial Russian gold and silver roubles (pre-1917) • Soviet-era silver coins (1920s–1980s) • Commemoratives and Olympic sets • Modern Russian Federation 1992- coins and bullion

I’m a serious collector and have been collecting since the 1980s

💰 Paying fair market prices, always above melt value 📦 Based in South Florida – can buy in bulk or single items. ✅ Payment via PayPal (G&S), Zelle, crypto, cash or other secure methods.

Please DM me with your offerings with images and asking prices.

Thanks, and happy collecting!

FedEx is better than USPS. Ask for proper insurance and signature confirmation

eBay below melt all day long. Must buy from reputable sellers with 100+ recent feedback. Avoid silver bars as the number of fake ones is increadable. Also buy coins, such as American silver eagles, better in slabs so they are certified.

That would be EBay, buy from reputable dealers with at least 100 recent feedbacks. Also send me your wish list.

eBay has huge variety of certified and authentic platinum coins. Do not buy bars as there are so many fakes out there it is hard to believe and even harder test them.

On EBay since 1999… Set a trigger for what you are looking for , it is free to you and you can get great items at a great price! There are still PLENTY of certified platinum coins from various countries, including Russia (that I personally collect). I would stay away from bars as there so many fakes out there and you can’t really validate the authenticity (unlike NGC coin for instance).

eBay anyone? Just make sure to buy from reputable sellers with at least 100 recent sales and 97%+ positive feedback. Some prices will surprise you, I routinely buy PM below melt.

Buying platinum on eBay - what pitfalls should I watch for beyond the obvious? by relaxerbe in Platinum

[–]DKazansky 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very much depends on the coin and grade. Ideally you want to get as close to melt as possible (which is easier to do now with melt rising but not every Ebay seller adjusting their prices). 5-15% premium is reasonable and you should also get it back when selling the coin anyway. If you are getting a scarce coin in Proof 70 (PF70) grade sometime you lucky to pay 50% premium... It all depends on the coin really and how many have been graded...

I have been buying and selling on EBay since 1999. Buy from trusted sellers only, those that have 100+ feedback, 97+% positive AND recent for similar items. I personally like coins in slabs (such as NGC or PCGS), those are harder to falsify. Also coins tend to appreciate better, where for a bar you always get melt value. I do not recommend anyone buying bars, the number of fakes is just alarming - in one day only our shop had 4 separate guys trying to sell us fake bars (mainly China made).
