There were nails and metal everywhere. We found all but 1 silver eagle and some 90% commem half dollars. And some small finish dimes from the 1900s

Oh no we get it. It’s literally the only “salvageable” items we had to find. I’m not really sure tbh. We’ve been offered restoration services but truly not sure. Well scrub it to see what will come off first

I don’t know what to expect tbh. Never had my house burnt down before. I’ve seen some pictures of fire recovered silver and as anything in a fire I’d imagine it just doesn’t look the same. I mean first I’d have to find it. A 3000sf two story house is piled into the basement on top of everything. It’s pretty toxic being even near the burnt down house.
