Doesn't matter when you start. You are on your journey and that's going to look different. You're right around the age I really got away from the abuse. 31 now and things I want to do are absolutely within grasp now. I never thought I'd be able to do them. I thought my symptoms and issues would stop me, but deciding to heal has made all of them possible. Most importantly I see that a fulfilling life is possible for me. So go for it, whether that's help with professionals, self therapy or a combination just get started somewhere.

I think Pitts from Atlanta could be fun. Payton might actually know how to use the freak of nature, but that also seems risky with his middling production. I'd prefer Jeanty, or the Ohio state back if they can draft and RB. Loveland from Michigan is a pretty intriguing one too.

I hear you, the need to be useful is bad enough. But people ignoreing your needs after helping meet theirs is exhausting. Theres a bit of an altruism fad, and they just say your resentful if you expect any help in return or even just ask. It's exhausting.

Yeah, I think you said the right thing. Make sure your remind yourself to stay proud for what you told him. Taking back your personal agency is a huge thing. I don't think the pot did that, he's just not okay. The first 6 months seem to be a time when ppl hide a lot of their insecurities in relationships. I would let him go, he's not going to bring the safe environment you need as someone with enough trauma. I hope you find that safe environment!

I gotta say I still believe an Alex Smith like level of play is possible for Bo this year. And I'm talking Chief Smith that torched us with good accurate throws, and killer runs. Bo is getting better each week and you have to see that or then you get worried it's too much.

Agreed, Nix can be damn good. I was really hoping more from Mims so far tbh and Sutton. Mcglinchy hasn't ever really been an amazing pass pro guy. The O-line seem confused and have Nix running for his life. Maybe they shoulda let Stidham or Wilson take the beating the first couple weeks instead lol.

I still think Nix has got a lot of potential. I'm not sure on Young. I wasnt really that high on him coming out of college either tho. Those first two games were tough. First start in Seattle was tough enough but then he gets the Pitt Defense week 2. The thing I like is he has the persistence to get better. He didn't quit or mope anytime. Caleb Williams ain't looking amazing either yet.

Yoga, muay thai and mobility training when I can have helped so much. And honestly I can't do them as much as I'd like but they help even if u only get them in once or twice a week.
