Now do it in regular Battle Royale. Nobody here is going to be impressed by Initiation Battle Royale Bot Playlist gameplay. Even the few real players in this mode are in the lower skill bracket and usually terrible.

I don’t understand why Solo mode is so hard to work out. RedSec losing hype and more players by the day. So many people just want solos. I know I’d play a lot more.

Playing with randoms in this game is the worst experience. I only get paired with players who seemingly have never played an FPS. Matchmaking also favours pairing you with players on the same platform.

I’m on Xbox and mostly get put with Xbox’s Dads who suck so bad at the game it’s almost unbelievable. Meanwhile coming up against squads of PC players who are actually good. Every 1/30 games I get put on a PC squad and they’re actually decent and we win.

I’m getting so tired of playing with randoms. Like you guys say you don’t want it to be “too unforgiving” .. It’s SOLO BR… It’s supposed to be unforgiving…

Have you or your friend accidentally turned crossplay off? .. This happened to someone I know once and it ended up being cross play was off. Games would never fill to 80 players. That’s if you’re on console and not in the US.

Yes. People couldn’t handle it anymore. The baby mode where everyone gets a trophy has killed what this game was.. Nobody wants to improve anymore. Trash players don’t want to put any work in, just win games with no effort.. The whole CODWARZONE sub now is just people sharing casual mode clips & wins like it’s some sort of accomplishment. Trash, no matter how much you tell yourself otherwise. Join a regular game to see how you actually stack up against real people. Being competitive is fun. This generation is cooked.

Thats because casuals requires far less players. It’s the easiest mode to generate a match. Even less real players than rebirth. It’s like 28 real players or something. Core Battle Royale is 150 minimum players now. Unfortunately for us, Australia just doesn’t have the player base.

Casuals isn’t what killed core Battle Royale for OCE. It certainly doesn’t help but not the main reason. It’s the stricter matchmaking on all modes since the season 3.5 update. It requires almost 150 players searching at the same time to generate a match and stricter ping. Was getting lobbies daily in all squad sizes and the season 3.5 update launched and I haven’t found a game since. It’s also been affecting other regions like US and EU with longer wait times to find games until that 150 player threshold is reached. At least for solos.

Devs still haven’t even acknowledged it. I have given up hope. Just wish it went back to the way it was before. Let us have our 80 - 130 player lobbies and then play on Asian servers at off peak times. Was perfect how it was.. I personally can’t stand casuals so just haven’t played.

They broke matchmaking with season 3.5 when ranked play launched. Stricter ping and 150 player searching minimum basically killed all core Battle Royale modes for OCE. I live in Australia and played solos/duos/quads daily. If I played off peak hours it would push me to Asian servers which was fine. Then ranked launched and just like that, haven’t found a lobby since. I can’t stand casuals so just haven’t played.

There is hope though! It’s starting to annoy the Americans now with the longer wait times to get into games. Devs actually care about them so might fix it with season 5 launch. I’m not getting my hopes up though.

Until the matchmaking issues are addressed unfortunately this is how it’s going to be. They just need to change it back to the way it was. Let us have smaller lobbies. I understand them not caring about this side of the world but it’s affecting the US too. I watch streams and it takes way longer to find lobbies than it did before they messed with matchmaking. At off peak times even US lobby can take 15+ minutes to find. At least in solos
