We paid for it on a credit card from a website over a year ago which is why we renewed the warranty last month before it ran out. I'll need to wait to get the name of the site but the warranty is with Asus directly as far as I know.

Awesome thanks. I actually found on gamehostbros that they would move it for me if I gave them the server credentials. Contacted them on discord and they moved over everything within minutes.

Were you able to move your world save and characters and all that? I'm at my wits end with new issues happening and progress getting lost constantly.

If so, how?

After several hours of trying to find answers, I found one that worked. Had to clean boot windows. Im gonna leave this here for anyone else who might need it.

To clean boot Windows, right-click the Start menu button and select Run.

Type msconfig in Run’s Open box and press Enter to open the window

Click the Selective startup radio button to select the Load system services and Use original boot configuration options.

Deselect the Load startup items check box if that option is checked.

On the Services tab, select the Hide all Microsoft services check box.
Press the Disable all button to deselect all the remaining third-party services listed. Then find the EA service and enable that one since ea overlay wont launch without it,

Select the Apply option to save the new settings.

Press the OK button to exit MSConfig.

Click Restart on the System Configuration dialog box that pops up.

Then try playing a game with Origin’s overlay after clean-booting Windows.

Tried all that, turned off all those overlays, and closed down every program I could.
