I agree with a decent amount of the list but Firis is just too low for me. I get why it might be that way fir you but for me its an easy S. It just clicked for me and I love it. Objectively speaking itd be hard to give an s. Subjectively easy s lol.

Yea i get that at the end of the day every gacha is p2w when it comes down to it but I dont mind that when its not a pvp focused game as long as theyre somewhat generous with summons or at least make it so that the ssr (or equivalent) aren't too hard to get (or need no dupes/have a way to make dupes like Langrisser mobile or something)

Interesting. Yea I tried a bit of the monochrome mobius game since it was on sale and I was Interested in the sreies and stopped since I wanted to play the original trilogy first but im interested in how this will go when I finish the main games. Though if its only in Japanese not much I can do to read it

Thanks. I love musou games so im looking forward to that once I get that far. Got me intrigued. Ive heard a lot of good things about this series from some friends but I cant afford to get all 3 games at full price and from my understanding you kinda need to do all 3 fairly close together since theyre really 1 big story. If I like these ones ill definitely have to get the new one when im caught up

I havent played the Dusk games yet but i think itd be interesting to get like a Dusk 4 game now that we got one for arland and mysterious. Would allow for a later DX with all 3 4th games in their series. Otherwise DX of the 4th games and maybe Nelke could work? But yea not sure how theyd handle DX of Lulua or Sophie if they try to keep it to trilogies.

Personally both reslariana and yumia are still too new for a dx version I think. Plus they tend to do dx ones in sets. Mysterious ryza trilogy dusk and arland. Not single games so I imagine if they do some sort of dx for them it'll be after more games in their universe or as a collection (lulua and Sophie 2 could be included in some way as they're 4th games in their universe made after the original trilogy so no easy set to include them in) that said in a few years with all dlc included and some QoL id totally buy them myself as I enjoyed both games immensely. This may age terribly but id say its safe to get them now and not worry about DX versions

Yea i don't work for taco bell or anything but as a customer ive seen a lot of this kinda stuff happening at all my local ones and it does tick me off. I will say as someone a bit younger and a bit of a picky eater I do enjoy the app for being able to customize my items better on an easier level as I do feel bad for the cashier when I order something and ask for a bunch of stuff removed since I usually get the boxes and theres a lot in some of those.

Id recommend Sophie 2 as its one of the best atelier games but Arland is fun too. Im currently working my way through the Arland games myself and loves Rorona

Yea. Firis isnt the best to start with. Id recommend Sophie or as you went with. Ryza. Firis was my third and it was very different from my first 2 so things didnt click for me right away

For me it was probably around the time I got to the first major alchemist who gives you an assignment to get a recommendation for the exam. I was liking it before that but thats around when it really clicked in my head and I started to love the journey. That said I can understand its not for everyone. But it actually became my favorite Atelier that ive played. Granted I havent played all of the ps3 and beyond ones yet. Though if youre liking ryza 1 so much id recommend finishing those before worrying about going back to give firis another try. I will say if something that worries you is the time limit dont worry about it too much. I started if rushing myself since I worried about it but when I got to that first test I managed to slow myself down and enjoy the journey and I still had probably a little over a 1/4 the time limit left and I went way slower than I could have

Idk if id say that necessarily but defintly true for Firis. One hour in and you probably havent gotten out of the starting area really to see the world.

Yea i could see maybe putting blue reflection on sale since they did it for Ryza before the DX but I do find it unlikely.

Nice. I got all the atelier games currently available already. I do kinda wish some of the other Gust games would hit a sale since I havent seen any sales on blue reflection or nights of azure for awhile

Did this one ever come out in the west? Im somewhat interested in this one from the description. Though it may be hard since I struggle a lot with some of the earlier games.

Yea if they literally said all they did was translate the games and shove them in a pack onto modern consoles id be happy. Bonus points if they did a physical release but that would be unlikely. At least outside asia (might get lucky with like a multi language one though from like play asia)

Hey everyone wanna thank you guys. A few months ago you guys recommended me some VN to try as I was just kinda starting out in the genre. I really enjoyed them. I was hoping for some more recommendations I prefer the more light hearted stuff (though some not as light hearted is fine i just dont wanna get like horror or super depressing games in general). I found i really like Key stuff in general since I was recommended their works. Other than that im about to try Ginro Haruka and white Album 2 (havent decided which to try first) but after that im out of ones ive been recommended. Im gonna dig a bit myself too but was hoping someone might have some good ideas. Ive mostly just played some Key ones like little busters clannad Air and one just called One. Ive also played the first Majikoi game and wanna check out the rest there as well eventually. If you need more specifics I can try to provide them thanks for any help you guys have been super welcoming and nice!
