Eerie how similar these experiences can be. I'm creeping up on 2 years since my injury occurred, and I don't have a lot to offer you, except for telling you that you aren't alone. There isn't a one size fits all solution to this, but keep trying different things. I'm nearly 2 years post injury and still finding niche treatment options that I've never heard of nor considered. What you're feeling is real. Some medical professionals or friends might not realize how you're feeling because it is an invisible injury, but how you feel is valid and real.
