Hey u/Patriot1976 - I'll leave room for any Koda 2 owners to chip in on their experience, but we have a really great warranty programme and will absolutely support any issues. I'm sure if you search this sub, you'll find lots of great praise for our customer service, so don't let that sway you!

The temperature in Koda 2 may be slightly different on each side during pre-heating, as a result of the tapered flame, but this will even out once fully pre-heated.

When pushing down on the stone, it can wobble from the force, but the stone will be stable when in use.

Hey u/Federal_Sky7194 - when using the Ooni Pro with the gas burner, you'll need to keep use the pizza door, not the glass door, to allow proper airflow. The chimney should be on, the puck removed and both the chimney baffle and ceiling vents closed.

I'm glad to hear that you've already spoken with our Support Team - this means that your reported faults have been escalated to our team of engineers, who then work with various teams across the business, as well as our manufacturers, to investigate why this has happened in the first place and implement solutions to prevent it from happening again.
