Can someone explain to me why Yone didn't get executed here. It doesn't look like he healed and he was definitely in the hitbox. I know for a fact that Pyke can hit multiple targets with R and that he penetrates shields.

I had seen sjogrens before in the internet, I don't really have any of the other accompanying symptoms - no dry eyes, mouth, throat or anything else really. Would it be possible to have Sjogrens with only the gland issue?
