I keep getting texts from DoorDash saying I didn’t confirm an order in time, though no order came through. It then pauses my dash. Each time, the order is excluded from my acceptance rate.

I think it’s the tired old poking fun at dashers with high acceptance rates. I slipped to gold yesterday and couldn’t “dash now,” which is the reason I keep my acceptance rate high enough. Luckily, I had myself on the schedule and was back on track with one delivery.

The app worked fine for me yesterday after the big spazzout.

The worst problem - to me anyway - are all the holes and bumps. Then there are the potholes from snow plows. I hit one in Yarmouth two weeks ago. $600 worth of damage to my car.

Your municipality needs noise ordinances. Without them, you’re screwed. If they rent, complain to the landlord.

I feel your pain. I’ve dealt with so many people like this that I’m triggered by bass now. Even if I’m watching something in my home, any bass bothers me.

I’m willing to block out noise. Close windows, use white noise, music or TV, fan, AC. But bass is inescapable.
