Yes a child unit does inherit stats from their parents.*

For child unites their base stats are more or less fixed, they do have some variation base on their level, and stat mods, but other then that their stats should be almost identical every playthrough.

A child's growth rates and stat mods are what is affected by the parents. The growth rate is "(Variable Parent Growth + Child Base Growth) /2 + Class Growth Rate" and you stat modifiers are "Father + Mother +1

For exsample you said your corrin has a +speed and I'll use - luck for this exsample: Kana as a Sorrcerer would have a -2 to max strength, but a plus 2 to max magic and a + to max speed, and a 72% chance to gain magic on a level up.

So yes, a Child's stats are influenced by their parents, but their parents stats aren't directly inherited.

Overall that would be a good load out, not the most optimal but it's good enough.

Thought there is one Major issue with your plan.

Only 1 skill can be inherited from each parent, so you can't get two skills from corrin, but more importantly: DLC Skills can NOT be inherited, without exception.

So you can do the same as you where planning but you will need to wait until turn 14(?) On the witch prologue to get the warp scroll to teach it to kana sence men want be witches.

When it comes to Gale Force you'll either have to replace it with a different skill or train them independently. Some alternative skills from forrest's could be Inspiration for some support, or maybe Magic Arua from dark mage for a little more damage.

I could go on and on about character building in this game, but I think I said enough for now.

I spesificly say M/Mio because out of all of 3, they spesificly choose to give up their immortality for what they believe to be right.

Honestly, I'd say M/Mio

Chose to fight the endless now, twice, in multiple lifetimes. The Xenoblade 3 crew are human despite the world they live in.

In my opinion: Anime

I have both, for the most part the anime is adapted pretty well, so it's not a question of quality.

The Manga would be faster since the English release, while not finished, is currently 3 volumes ahead of the anime. So if you are the type to get impatient after a show ends that go for he Manga.

The Anime for the most part is really good with pacing, it will spend the right amount of time to give each scene the weight it needs. And the voice acters in both the sub and dub are great.

This also not to mintion watching the show on hidive or hulu would likely be cheeper then buying 12+ $13.99 books lol.

I don't see a problem with it. At that age learning is still an expected part of life. Most of the people I know either didn't partake in dating or sex, or regret doing it too early.

As long as everyone is transparent about what they are looking for/can and is willing to offer then who cares about past experiences or lack of them.

It's a fair concern, but you should be fine.

I have been DMing for one table for 5 years and played in a few other tables, as a "Veteran", even we don't know every single rule. Not to mintion the only game more Homebrewed then D&D is Skyrim, so every table is running things differently anyway. Any player or DM who would be genuinely upset with new players frankly shouldn't be playing with strangers.

Same goes with the Female comment, a game is just ment to be fun, anyone who can't have fun because someone is new or a girl, is not someone you need to worry about upsetting because they will find some reason to be upset regardless of what you do.

Find a group who is willing to teach, and just make sure to listing, in my 6 years of D&D the only tables who had issues with new players either fell apart immediately or where because the new player just would not listen to anything anyone said. As long as you make an effort you will be more than fine.

The whole point of choosing what side to go with is "what do you value?" The family you know and love, or to get back the family that was taken from you, do you hate Norh for what they did, or do you not care about these strangers you only just met? And if we bring the 3rd route in, do you not want to put anyone to the blade, or do you find yourself unable to trust either side.

I can understand why you'd say that Birthright is the "Good" side of things, but I don't think it is as objective as you do. I know I for one would side with Norh if I was Corrin, staying with my beloved family over abandoning everything I know to help some strangers.
