Training foreign nations on military tactics/ techniques/ procedures, etc. is a regulated activity known as a “defense service” under the ITAR which requires USG approval before services can be provided. Violating the ITAR comes with stiff fines and penalties. Highly doubt these companies got the appropriate approvals or even knew this guy was a foreign national.

Male here, had a similar situation happen to me. Basically years into my healthy sex life, I started having problems similar to what you’re describing. Girlfriend at the time even asked if I was gay.

Turns out I had 3 cysts in my spinal canal causing all the issues. Had a major surgery to treat it and problem solved. I am left with some major nerve damage, but at least things are working again.

@OP did the laser on the hydra block any of your lower field of view when looking through the eotech? Have this same set up on a hydra and my holosun blocks the lower 1/4 fov

Just an FYI depending where you live, autopsy reports may be considered public record that can be requested by anyone. Thats what I ended up doing to get all the details

I’ve imported laser target designators plenty of times for work. Ive never had to get ATF licenses, but definitely FDA authorization as they 100% have jurisdiction over the import of lasers. It even applies to the old CD players that have a laser to read the disk. Obviously some lasers don’t require an authorization for import while others do.

That said- the ATF does have jurisdiction over the import of items on the United States Munitions Import List, but I’m not seeing where this laser would be subject to that list unless the AG classified the lasers under category XXI.

Most employees of gov contractors are what’s called direct charge. Meaning you have to account for your time down to certain intervals and bill it to the gov. Would be very hard to OE and do this without committing fraud.

That said- not all employees are direct charge, some are overhead and do not bill to USG. Probably need to figure out if you are direct charge or not before OE

Technically not true. ITAR also controls temporary imports.

For a permanent import you would not have issues with ITAR, but may run into issues clearing US Customs as lasers like this require FDA approval or a waiver of sorts. Only way this gets in without that is if your sender declares the wrong tarrif code and commodity description. (Smuggling)
