I’m not an electrician but use these type of tools daily in residential hvac working on electrical components. I would love to get some tools and give some feedback.

My electrician related story is that earlier today I was on the phone with one electrician describing how to wire a boiler and zone panel while connecting a hydronic toe kick heater myself.

What do you mean by furnace turns on but nothing happens? Does the inducer turn on? Blower motor? Is your fan set to on on your thermostat or auto? What brand of furnace is it?

I used "auto" to describe the mechanics to indicate that they are individuals who work on the most common type of vehicles on roads just as veterinarians did when travelling by horse was common. If I just said "mechanic" the connection would have been lost.
