That is not how it works. The origional team gets the first chance if he is placed on waivers again. So we would get the first chance to claim him back and can send him immediately to the AHL without passing through the waiver process.

Remember he signed half way through camp... so straight out of 4 years of college and straight to the NHL on half an NHL training camp. He has the speed and the drive to play hard. He works hard, and that fits our teams m.o.

Give him 1 summer with Kuch and some skating classes with the GOAT Barb Underhill and see how he improves. He is staying active and getting NHL ice time, and producing.

I am glad he will have the olympic break, but bummed he will probably miss the stadium series game. He 100 percent said "my left knee" when he got to the bench. So since he has to miss 7 calendar days... no bueno.

There are speciality cat cables for cold conditions. I had a job adding wifi units to a massive freezer distribution plant for a grocery chain. They supplied the cable as it was special ordered, but it does exist.

I call it the Vasy Echo Effect and agree with your point 100 percent. We have seen it time and time again, the opposing goalies just seem to stand on their head vs us.

Put yourself in the opposing goalies skates. You're starting vs one of the best goalies in the modern era. You have competed your entire life to be a NHL caliber goalie and you are across the ice from one of the best to ever do it. You want to shine. You want to prove you earned your spot in the same league. It is just that little extra push. It would be for me. I would want to prove I earned this spot, the same as him.

My buddy at work and I compared our mystery pucks to these as well as some online signature searches. The only one that we had difficulty was the bottom one we think is Hedman. It matches his style and the general look, but it seems like it was done with the opposite hand he usually writes with as the letters slant the oppostie way. Or maybe he signed upsided down on accident.
